Free park admission and discounts.

Cons

I was made to feel guilty for my religious practices and for wanting to alter my availability for religious reasons. Management has no clue how to respect their staff and they had team members micromanage each other. Also ignored reports that some team members were lying to customers to make sales.

access to the attractions, team member previews, free turkeys at thanksgiving, cultural diversity, discounted movie tickets and free movie previews; good training opportunities, and room for growth within the company if you know the right people...

Cons

Management sometimes becomes preferential to their friends giving them better work opportunities and promotions over others who worked hard and in essence were better suited for roles based on past experiences and education.

I like the park and persons we works on, very, very appreciate work on this park on Orlando Florida and the others like sea world etc

Cons

I have no problem in working in any of these parks are great and would be a unique experience to work there
