Very high rewards for sales' performance! Monthly Bonus can go up to $12500, not even including base. Generous company culture with company covering travel expense even to Haiwaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. People are nice and friendly!

Cons

The SAAS product is in development. 6 offices nationwide.

Sales are kind of position which you put more efforts, you definitely gain more. uP is a place pays to everyone depends on their efforts and there are extra bonuses you can earn for being sales, Great culture and annual company trip is a reward for those who work hardest in different department.
