The company is absolutely the worst, with the majority of its employees being newcomers, and only a handful enduring for several years. Unless you're fortunate enough to land on a team led by an exceptional leader, chances are you'll be looking for a new job within just one to two months due to low pay, poor management, and the expectation of working overtime. It's a typical Chinese company.
