In a rapidly evolving and competitive environment we strive to balance agility, which allows us to be disruptive and move fast, with the structured process standards and defined system infrastructure you outlined as our gaps. We continue to make investments that address many of the items you outlined such as tools that support and improve collaboration within and between teams, investments in on boarding and colleague development and evaluating and improving our quality standards.
