Thanks for the feedback and review. Over the last twelve months we made substantial investments for our existing colleagues. We are committed to lifelong learning and now have thousands of training courses available on a variety of technical skills, soft skills and leadership competencies. Additionally, we continue to focus on building a strong culture of empowerment and ownership.
