In the last eighteen months, we have made significant investments in the infrastructure, resources and tools to support a growing and developing Agile-focused Software organization. These measures were adding to staff headcount (including Scrum Master and Technical Lead positions), upskilling our existing software developers with learning and project collaboration opportunities, and creating stronger infrastructure and processes. We are proud that this investment has resulted in a stronger retention rate than the industry average, and we continue to search for ways to invest and improve.
