      Pros

      Innovative company, cool product, lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Company's attitude definitely makes you feel more like a resource than a person, and you'll be shifted between projects / teams without any notice. Almost no room for career growth, and no flexibility around remote work.

      Coworkers are extremely collaborative and willing to help, technology is second to none, and leadership listens to employees to make decisions unlike most companies.

      Cons

      Onboarding process could be more defined, company is still relatively young and growing fast causing a lot of work — but this is expected.
