Pros

They will hire for entry-level positions and pay above the minimum. You couldn't ask for better right out of high school. They have a flexible schedule for while you go to college. Their healthcare benefits are very good. Great inclusive working culture.

Cons

Managers get moved around too often in food service. By the time you get used to a certain management team, the company is already moving them to a new location in the park.
