Mostly great co-workers, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Leadership lacks vision and don't recognize top talent. Tenure and brown nosing receives promotion, not actual skills or work ethics. They feel threatened by anyone that challenges their view.

Benefits are great. Co-workers are good to work with.

Cons

HR doesn't do anything for the employees against managers/directors. Great employees leave because of the lack of professionalism from management. People are given director positions because they have been there for years but that position is too high for them.
