      The atmosphere has decent vibe and the benefits are very good!

      Cons

      The place is inbred, everyone is related to everyone and favoritism is extremely high in departments. Plus the pay raises are terrible! You can only get a 3% raise IF YOU'RE LUCKY, other than that you'll most likely get a 2% a year. Not great at all.

      hey it pays the bills.

      Cons

      The schedule is never consistent, the managers don't do anything but sit in office and play on Facebook all day. The supervisors under them don't do their job either they push to the ones under them.
