No micromanaging. Worked around school schedule. Easy, laid back

No room for career advancement in this department. No raises had been given out in over 4 years.

Work with a variety of patients. Love the teaching atmosphere.

Minimal pay raisea of 2%. Universal clinical ladder that was not geared to our department.

Great teamwork, lots of loyalty especially from 20-30 year employees. Health insurance still inexpensive, but have to wait a long time to see Primary Physician and specialists.

Cons

Cutting benefits, not giving appropriate merit increases to save money. Giving the Hospital President $150,000 raises every year and a bonus of $165,000. Too many changes implemented simultaneously. Employees have change fatigue.
