      Pros

      Very few pros, Cafeteria on site is just about the only good thing the job. Other employees are very friendly.

      Cons

      No training given to perform role; this includes no system software program training, no program familiarization. Unclear expectations and expectations constantly change. You can't time time off during the first 3 months or you'll be fired, not even for bereavement. Your not a permanent employee until 3-6 months after your start date and if you are let go during this probationary period you won't get your PTO earnings paid out. (HR doesn't tell you this)

      Pros

      Excellent pharmacy benefits, free pharmaceutical products via mail. Locations all over town. Matching retirement plan. Occasional yearly $100 bonus. New Brady Green building.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to climb up the ladder. Leadership has obsolete ideas. Not open to suggestions. Absolute lack of integrity and confidentiality. Whatever you do, do not file a complaint about a supervisor because he or she will be informed immediately of everything you said. This will lead to retaliation and you getting fired.

      Great growth potential, great and affordable health insurance

      Cons

      Low pay, clickish environment, a lot of backstabbing and retaliatory treatment, won't rehire you if you're not the right color or know the right people
