No paid maternity leave, no bereavement leaves, no bonuses, small 3% raises each year, burnout, high turnover, no appreciation. Salary positions are more like hourly. Upper Leadership are not as humble as I've experienced in other places, more interactive and relations would benefit them.

The benefits here are good, but the culture regarding career advancement is frustratingly one-sided. Unless you are in a clinical, billable role, opportunities for growth are virtually non-existent. I have seen clinical staff receive regular cost-of-living adjustments while support staff go without, despite facing the same economy. Even after obtaining significant additional qualifications and degrees, there has been no path to promotion. It is also demoralizing to witness a culture of favoritism where connections and "who you know" seem to matter more than merit or performance.
