      Pros

      It’s a job. The nurses are great.

      Cons

      Upper management sucks. Pccs will degrade their own staff in front of others. Directors try to micromanage but have no experience on the unit they’re directing.

      Pros

      What pros? Management is nice to your face but will not hesitate to turn around and stab you in the back.

      Cons

      You’re expected to know EVERYTHING from day one and GOD forbid you make mistake. It gets blown WAY out of proportion and you’re treated like the only nurse ever who has made a mistake. Leadership is biased towards certain nurses and the politics are worse and more crooked than those of Trump’s administration.
