Cheap, but good medical insurance.

Cons

A majority of the nurses are Filipinos, and they run the show. If you are not Filipino, you have no chance for advancement here, and will be treated unfairly. HR is absolutely no help, and will terminate you for complaining.

Busy floor, apathetic unit managers where I worked. Didn't take care of their own, let others take advantage of new nurses.
