Pros

Work life balance- Your work day ends when the students get out of school which leave you time to have the rest of your day depending on the grade level.

Cons

Inconsistent work- Work is based on how many contracts they are able to secure for that school year and work is not always promised.

Pros

Hours are great, teachers are usually very understanding and helpful. The bonds created with the students also exceed any amount of pay.

Cons

Management is horrible. My supervisor Renee Smith told us we weren’t allowed to leave the school for lunch time. If any other adult working in the building can leave why should tutors be restricted?
