The pandemic certainly accelerated work trends; previously I don’t think many of us were able to work from home. The HR department has been hard at work reviewing all positions to determine if employees will remain working from home, come back into the office or have a hybrid work schedule. We believe this approach will provide flexibility for the Univest Family while also allowing for increased collaboration, knowledge sharing and preservation of our culture.
