Pros
I have been with Univest for about 4 years. I cannot say enough good things about the company that I work for. From top level management, down & throughout Univest provides a positive and tentative experience for customers AND employees. Univest also has a great training department that offers many certification programs and individual classes throughout the year to encourage employees to learn and grow. Overall, I feel my experience with Univest thus far has been a fantastic one. I have had the opportunity to grow in my career with a company who's values and goals I appreciate and try to pursue everyday.
Cons
Communication between departments could be a bit better, however this is an issue I have seen improvement with recently. Marketing techniques seem to be a bit dated which can make things difficult for sales purposes.
