If you were buddies with management (departmental and senior) you were probably pretty well treated. You probably felt respected, appreciated, and valued. However, if you weren't on the VIP List, you had to work WELL beyond your own pay grade just to get a half-way-decent review for your current pay grade. "Integrity" is one of their core values. It's a bit difficult to endorse that when you see so many people(management and HR) whose behavior falls WAY short of the mark; and sometimes even crosses over the legal line. I always wondered what would happen if the employees there ever formed their own labor union.

It would be nice to see a benefit that would help individuals pay back their student loan debt. People pay to get an education so they can be qualified to work for companies, so it would be nice for all companies to help lessen the stress of the employee for a better life balance once employed. Otherwise, I can't say much about the company that is negative. Just a suggestion!
