      Great environment to learn and grow in the banking industry.

      Pros

      Univest has a great work environment with a low key staff and reasonable sales goals. I've had the privilege of working with some great mentors to help me learn the banking industry.

      Cons

      There are limited positions in my area. There is too much required to move up; leadership training, principles of banking, etc, and it takes too long to be approved for those courses. The average pay is very low compared to larger commercial banks.
