Communications from senior leadership are entertaining

When someone leaves, backfills are a joke. If they are replaced, they are backfilled with someone who will do "less for less" as remaining employees take on "the more". There is zero planning, and franchisees berate the employees, believing they are sticking it to the company as they do. The reality is that the abused end up just abusing the abused. Last, employees are told to dig deeper for a magical payout (that is likely never going to happen).

Cons

They make lay offs without having to admit that’s what they’re trying to do. They say remote employees have to come back in office and if you aren’t located near where they are headquartered you either have to move there or need to find a new job.
