      Pros

      PTO allotment is wonderful when you are actually able to use it. Nice, friendly environment. People always willing to help you grow and achieve more. Starbucks in office. Work at home option is nice.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime very often makes work life balance hard. Salary is not on par with the type of work done everyday, very much needs pay restructure.

      Pros

      Did offer flexible working, although feel I was given that more by luck than design.

      Cons

      No one dared to cross the highly incompetent and corrupt management. Those who did were given a black mark. They have a track record of forcing people out of the organisation if they became too challenging in a very unpleasant manner. Frightened of employing anyone with real talent as this would show up just how clueless and backward senior management are. Actively seem to employ managers who have zero empathy or any human qualities. Considering they are a "wellbeing" company their own practices are particularly shameful and deserve to be exposed.

      Recently renovated work spaces are beautiful, work from home options, great people to work with.

      Work life balance is difficult since it is always busy
