Very underpaid for the amount of work and stress that this job encompasses. Frequent required overtime with no end insight due to department disorganization. There has been a trend of not being told until Friday afternoon that you will have to work overtime and possibly Saturday the following week. Job becomes very boring and repetitive, it is constant data entry and your entire performance is based off of metrics. If you are satisfied with staying at your desk doing the same repetitive job all day while not interacting with other humans, this job may be okay.
