      Pros

      Highly collaborative work environment. No annual performance review or ratings. Performance is discussed through the year and employees lead the discussion. Great Paid Time Off. Recognition for contributions. Opportunities to contribute beyond your day to day responsibilities.

      Cons

      Company is going through a ton of change and it’s impacting the culture. The change is needed but painful at times (based on skill set of leader driving the change). Once you get to the AVP level there are not many opportunities for advancement or lateral moves. Technology - old systems and service issues due to shift to collaborative workspace and not strong enough bandwidth to handle.

      Friendly culture, trying to innovate and modernize, so very focused on making changes. Good benefits and work-life balance. Lots of opportunity if you're motivated! Leadership is extremely accessible and informal.

      Cons

      Not everybody is ready to embrace the future; the tenure and resistance to change can be strong.
