      Great place to start career

      Pros

      Upward mobility, benefits, PTO, mostly great people, & job stability. I have a great work life balance in my current department. If you lean into it, you can gain some great skills here before moving on to greener pastures.

      Cons

      Senior leadership makes a show of soliciting feedback from employees but it’s clear their greed outweighs employee wellbeing. There is no consideration for the employee body input when major changes are made. Additionally, AI programs are being pushed from senior leadership to closely monitor even salaried employees which is contributing to an overall culture of mistrust and low morale.

      High potential earnings but prepare to work 80+ hours/week

      high salary potential due to sales commissions; there are a number of wonderful people at the company

      Cons

      company doesn't care about small business consultants as much as they do other roles... they pile an unrealistic amount of tasks on SBCs while offering too little internal support and expect SBCs to perfectly fulfill all duties of the role. I regularly worked 80+ hour weeks just to keep up and, while I made a lot of money for just graduating college, I found it was not worth the toll it was taking on my physical and mental health

      The benefits are great. The culture is great. No one is stepping on each other to grow as everyone seems to have your best interest in mind.
