      Dedicated to employees, strong values, customer focused. They were great and valued hard work. Excellent benefit package.

      Should be more innovative and nimble with employees working remotely. Also would like to see more IT solutions quickly implemented

      Feedback could be more genuine, honest, and applicable and accurate instead of to serve a purpose that needs accomplished. Treating employees well no matter what company can only project a great company to work for.

      Pros

      It is a great starting point with opportunities to grow and develop your professional career. I really enjoy the emphasis that they place on work-life balance and giving back to the community. I am able to work hard, but also play hard

      Salary isn't the greatest, but I think it's a good place to start no matter what and I have to write 20 words so I am just going to keep typing until I decide to end this sentence.
