Pros
Benefits! Which make sense, since their motto is "better benefits at work". As you can read in other reviews, the benefits are really what make it a great place to work. Also, the people overall are a pleasure to work with. As with any workplace, there are your typical negative nancy's, chatty cathy's, and other typical PITA employees, but overall, most folks walk around with smiles on their faces.
Cons
Unless you are excellent at kissing-bottom, good luck getting anywhere. I was not good at puckering up and it proved to keep me in the same position. If you don't know certain people, you will not advance.
