Reasonable freedom to experiment new ideas. Flexible timing Global presence, primarily in geographies where there is minimal presence from competition Strong professional services organization

Cons

Lack of strategic thinking Frequent changes in leadership has resulted in frequent strategy shifts. Lack of agility in engineering results in release becoming outdated even before it is formally released.

probably none anymore the patent portfolio represents a large amount of innovation some truly great people used to work there a creator of the mobile internet at one time (prior to 2003), incredibly innovative

Cons

management that doesn't respect or recognize the contributions of others that they are using to get rich management that doesn't understand what they are trying to do (monetize the patent portfolio) some management is arrogant and has too much hubris
