Cool Technology, Bad Senior Management

Pros

Working in Data Messaging solutions for the Cellphone companies. Cool Technology. The products work really well in comparison to the competition.

Cons

1. Management does not listen to Customers 2. Management does not listen to Employees that work closest with Customers 3. Repeated downsizing has removed most of the really smart people that were a joy to work with. 4. Bad morale among employees as you don't know if your next to get the axe, and no one actively listens to what you have to say about improving things anyway. 5. Every sales deal is a custom deal as the prices are so high you have to use creative terms to get anything sold.

Competitive salary cutting edge products Great atmosphere in work place, so all in all if you get a chance I would recommend working for Openwave.

Cons

We used to be the leader in our market until we lost sight of our target and now other companies are winning our business
