Pros

The work life balance that Upper Crust Food Service provides is really awesome. I used to work 75 hours a week in a hotel kitchen and now I work during the day with very few weekend hours. I get to see my family and I get paid competitively. The people I work with are really great and they all care about what they are doing.

Cons

My only con used to be a lack of insurance options but we now have that as well!

This is a chefs dream job. No more late nights and very few weekend hours. My customers I cook for are really cool and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Cons

You must be a self motivated person because you have to run your own kitchens. Really not any cons with this job.
