Pros

You're able to create your own recipes. They give you the menu, but you create the actual recipe. You get to learn so many things, such as butchering, that you wouldn't get to learn in a regular kitchen.

Cons

The Upper Crust I work for works for the fraternities and sororities at a university so when school is out, we aren't working and there is no paid time off.

I have worked for Upper Crust Food Service for 3 years now and it has been the best job I have ever had. My coworkers are great and the customers I serve are very appreciative of what I do for them. Even the management is kind and reasonable and always willing to help out. They also come around a lot to check in on us and make sure we are doing well and ask if we need anything. The hours are great as well.

Cons

I guess you could always say you wished you got paid over the summer but we dont work then so not sure how much I can complain.

Awesome company! Incredible work schedule: 5 days a week, very few weekends, no holidays, and the ability to spend time with your family and friends!

Cons

I haven't experienced any real cons, all companies have certain things to improve, but with Uppercrust they are Always improving and they listen to their people to do so!
