Pros

Paid holidays for salary employees, no late nights.

Cons

Long hours, low pay. Cut throat corporate management. I worked with them as a sous chef for a year. When the executive chef randomly quite out of nowhere I busted my tail to get services out alone and hold the contracts. They promoted me, telling me they would have someone here to train me and inform me of my full job duties. When that person arrived some 8 weeks later they then terminated my employment. With no prior reprimands, or other forms of negative input from upper management. They are a very two faced company with no morals or ethics.

Pros

Wonderful company to work for. The work life balance is wonderful. I have been a chef for a long time and never had holidays and weekends off with my family. Everyone up to the owner of the company really seem to care about all of the customers and employees.

Cons

None from my point of view. Only thing I could think of is a lack of benefits but they do offer a stipend for that.
