Appropriate pay and raises, possible relocation opportunities, acknowledgment of success.

Cons

Lack of transparency from higher ups (lots of unanswered questions or blanket statements), delay in job offers (lack of job security), addressing issues dramatically (overcorrection). lack of ability to contact HR and other necessary departments like procurement and special events since there is no list of important contacts. Poor choice in leadership roles on occasion. Severe lack of training.
