Nobody Cares

Pros

You will have a good idea of what to expect day-to-day. Some coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Very tedious, production line style work. Mandatory weekends, so you only get one day off. Managers will always be pushing you no matter how fast you are already going. Very dirty and unorganized. Nobody cares. Constantly going back to rework jobs that should have been done right the first time. Nobody cares to clean up after themselves. High turnover because managers have an attitude that we are disposable.

Pros

There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

One of the worst places to work. Management is a joke. There’s no training and you constantly feel like you’re walking into a train wreck. More times than not, you are HR is only there to protect company. Turnover is huge. A revolving door.
