Pros

Great company to work with, cool events you can attend to, there are perks with products.

Cons

Terrible communication, no training, you're constantly behind schedule and you'll never work enough hours in the day to keep up. Departments are disconnected and higher ups could care less about he value of hard working employees and more on their numbers.

Pros

-There are some genuinely good people that work here. -You get an autographed card once a quarter.

Cons

-I can count on one hand the amount of people that get paid well. -Absolutely no room for advancement. -Management is abysmal. You'll constantly hear "well what do you think?" when asking for advice. Don't expect them to listen to your opinion. -There's a clear rift between creative and prepress. Management acts like they're all for community and communication, but the **** talking behind closed doors never stops. -There are no warnings. If you think differently than management, you are likely to be terminated. -Pay is WELL below the standard for San Diego. Don't expect to be able to cover even rent with a UD paycheck. -Benefits are non existent. We have been told to search for other healthcare by our own employer.
