Pros

There are good people here.

Cons

Management that is removed from the ground level, offering ill-informed solutions to problems they don't understand, and regularly using the excuse that "this is just how we do things at Upper Deck".

Pros

Eager and hardworking teams that offer support and encouragement. Managers truly want you to succeed and it's a joint effort to make sure the team produces the best work possible. Managers lead by example and are great teachers and resources. The company treats it's workers well and there's a definite family vibe.

Cons

The deadlines (sometimes) but that's just part of the job. It's a balancing act.
