Pros

i really enjoyed my time working for Upper Deck. The company was outstanding and Calrsbad is an amazing city to work in.

Cons

Carlsbad is also an expensive city to work in. It makes it hard to live super close without a big commute, but in the end it's worth it

Pros

Working in sports. The players, the events, the leagues. Always something exciting happening. The people are hardworking too and are passionate about sports. If you like sports this is a good company to work for.

Cons

Company has had its ups and downs. A good place to be when the economy is strong, more challenging when it's not.
