Pros

The creative leads and teams were all excellent in abilities to guide and perform. Encouraged out-of-the-box solutions.

Cons

Not very much room for growth, unless someone in a higher position vacates their position. At the time, salary increases were non-existent. The former CEO did not value the people who made the company what it is. Hoarded his money, didn't approve of any salary increases, and actually instituted a mandatory pay cut to the entire company because of wrong-doings on his behalf.

Pros

I like the work hours, some of the people are awesome. The pay is ok. I'm fishing for pros at this point.

Cons

That the company didn't close back in 2010 when it was doing horrible. The cons are management. Im looking for another job.

Pros

The work environment was very fun, and the people you interact with day-to-day are great.

Cons

The pay is well-below similar jobs in the area, and the industry is not very stable at the moment.
