Pros

Great perks and bonuses and employees with exception to management.

Cons

Management are not very good and don't not have experience in management. They get promoted but no training on how to manage. It is a haphazardly run company.

Pros

Learned what a toxic environment looked like so I was able to make better decisions in future endeavors

Cons

Pay is extremely below average. They quote “being a unique type of industry” to justify and say they cannot compare to other positions in the same field. Favoritism is obvious and employees get away with treating others poorly because of their status and who they know inside. If you speak up about something that is bothering you it makes your job worse/interactions with management become personal and awkward. Accountability is not a thing here either. “Make it work” “is what it is” attitude, being told to just ignore problems instead of fixing them. Being told there is no growth from management itself (that it’ll take 10+ years to promote). Diversity/inclusivity non existent. Obviously good ol boys club.
