Careful... You may find its not what you thought it was
Pros
-Local company -Stable employment -Most of the staff are very friendly to work with. -Company cell phone is provided -Travel allowance is given -They will send/cover the cost of specialized training(out of state).Only for the specific job you were hired for.
Cons
-No tuition reimbursement or additional schooling (for Non Union employee's) -Little to no advancement opportunity's, unless you apply for another position within. -Non Union employee's don't get yearly reviews (it's not mandatory) and there is not even a minimum cost of living increase provided. -Some staff members are very set in there ways, don't like change or another employee making a suggestion. -Found lots of co-workers that are not team players or even social able to other employee's they work with. Management tends to allow this bad behaviors to go on instead of dealing with these bad traits.
