      It is small so it is easy to seek help and advice from colleagues and professors.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, time-offs almost impossible depending on lab head. Almost no consideration of the needs of Graduate students.

      Pros

      Small, so it easy to get around. Has all the basic resources needed to do research. Starting to renovate and adding to the lab space

      Cons

      It is really hard to get the student body to get together and function as a core. It is ever more difficult to try to get faculty to collaborate.
