      Pros

      Loved my coworkers the flow of patients was excellent and the doctors were great. Great staff to pt ratios 4:1 with floating trauma nurses

      Cons

      Difficult schedules. No input for weekly schedule.

      Pros

      Provides plenty of opportunities for career advancement. As a teaching hospital there are plenty of up to date technologies!

      Cons

      It's difficult to provide many cons, like any hospital it is not 100% perfect but they definitely provide a step up
