Pros

Mostly what made the job decent was the people - sense of family. Very active promotions department. Sales leadership needed more autonomy from corporate.

Cons

Many issues with upper management. Nepotism can be rampant in these environments. Compensation and commissions changes deflating.

Working at Radio One was a really cool experience. The office has a great atmosphere and was an exciting field to work in.

Cons

Not much negative to say. Don't feel I was there long enough to say any real cons about the position or company.
