Pros

In the beginning everyone and everything was absolutely wonderful. It was the place to be.

Cons

After the pandemic things have change drastically. They added on more responsibility to those who are working here without fair compensation. The morale is at its lowest that I've seen in years. The turn over seems to be at it all time highest. If there don't start showing appreciation to their staff, they may find themselves without one.

Unfortunately, there are no pros.

Cons

Extremely poor leadership, low employee morale, salaries are not competitive, and horrible benefits. There is a lack of true collaboration between departments, which often results in disorganization and confusion. Given the poor work environment, the company is unable to retain skilled employees. Advice: Find a company that truly embodies its core values and cares about its employees.
