      Mulitiple rounds of wage freezes no future

      Fun for those into the music, exposed to the entertainment industry can be a fun place to work if you don't plan on making a career out of it

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are lacking no room for advancement struggleing industry would not recommend a career in radio as its slow or no growth

      -- great company mission to serve minorities -- good traditions from the company founders -- good location in New York -- nice office in New York

      -- incompetent, arrogant management that has little experience in digital media and treats employees horribly -- benefits and policies from 1980's
