Pros

- Great hours: flexible, and no one works more than 40 hours a week - Casual attire: no shorts, but any pants and a t-shirt work just fine. Who can program in a suit? - New office space: newly renovated modern office space with foosball table, game room, etc. - Young and diverse demographic - Executives and higher-ups are very approachable - down to earth culture - Much encouragement to explore other internal opportunities

Cons

- Very few "cutting-edge" projects - many failed projects are still being kicked further down the road - Hardly any philanthropic activities - More focused on financial gain than quality products and client satisfaction - Interest in work is lacking

Pros

Intelligent friendly people, up to date software for employees to use,

Cons

The lack of transparency causes problems among teams. Overworked, hardworking, and dedicated employees get compensated with a cheap coin. Bad work/life balance. Poor performing employees get tossed around and get to hide in the corner and still get paid. Promotion process is unclear and somewhat biased (rewards those who do little to no work). Office culture diminishing.

Pros

Opportunities to move to other countries. Local offices are semi independent from HQ, thus the grow dependes more on Local Management needs are. Long term relationship with clients.

Cons

Salary freezes even when company reports record growth. Relationship with HQ is dysfunctional and highly political. Company direction changes according to the CIO/CMO of the month.
