Pros

Benefits. Location. Exposure to clients. Training. Experience working with one of ‘the big three’ automotive companies.

Cons

Communication. Turnover. Culture. Mundane jobs. Internal competition. I noticed red flags in the hiring process and should have listened to them. There is such a lack of communication between people in this company that I saw it everywhere. When I was hired the hiring process was super unclear. I assumed there would be a video/in person interview at some point , but was hired after two phone interviews. My first day my manager kept asking me to remind him what my background was. They put the wrong (lower level) job title on my first day documents. They gave me a computer with broken buttons. I also immediately became aware of high turnover. Additionally, once settled more in my role, I realized no one knew what anyone else does, or why. As a result it wasn’t clear why a lot of the processes in place were the way they were. If I tried to ask questions, I could tell the people I worked with only understood the specific tasks in front of them but not WHY they were doing them. People here easily got flustered when asked too many questions. Most of the Analyst/Consultant roles seem to stem from hires right out of college/limited experience taking the analyst role and working up to consultant. These people don’t have any similar experience to compare this job to, so they wouldn’t know any better. If you’re fine sitting in front of a computer running the same report and copying the same data into a spreadsheet for your client everyday , then this is the job for you. However, if you want to understand the data and improve the processes around you to make it more efficient- beware. I found that I came in with less years of experience, but way more knowledge than quite a few people. Don’t waste your career here. You won’t grow or learn anything. Lastly, if you’re interviewing here , make sure you ask about how the hours they bill their clients are stored. Different teams are different but I wish I had known going in that every task I did down to the approx. minute would be recorded. I felt so self conscious working from home that I went through periods when I wouldn’t take any breaks. Best of luck to anyone considering this company. Not the fit for me, but if you know what you’re going into it could be fine.

A place to have a job. Not a career.

Pros

The only pro is that they offer a lot of PTO. People are nice.

Cons

Very stuck in their ways. You must be there 9-5 no questions asked. Almost all processes are outdated and incorrect. When asked on what could be done to improve things at this company management refuted most suggestions.

Pros

This company is only good when you want to collect cheap paycheck to survive when looking for other opportunities elsewhere. There is no pros at all actually. Avoid at all cost.

Cons

The company does not take care of employees, and there is too much politics going on. Low salary, way below market average.
