Pros

Plenty of room to grow and learn as a new hire. Has plenty of smart people working for the company.

Cons

Company doesn't know what it is so it tries to make everyone be everything. There is little specialization and it shows in the solutions.

Pros

- Maybe pizza in once in a while. If you are relaxed person who wants to work in a very very relaxed environment, it may be for you - Gives you a new perspective in your career by thinking you don't wanna be like them, the upper-managers.

Cons

- Low market rate salary. - Mediocre benefits package - Everyone is pretty lazy and has no sense of urgency - No real businessman in the upper management (they are all tech background), so they don't know how to run the the company, does not know how to win client engagements, etc. They lose in the most of the times. - Totally non-qualified Dev managers and upper managers. - No certain criteria in promotion. They promote you if you have a good relationships with the upper management. - Work is dry - Do not recommend for new college graduates, because you will eventually become really lazy and get used to it, which will give you a bad influence for your future.

Lower than standard salary. Non compensated overtime required. Extremely high turnover. The longer you stay the less you are valued.
