Dysfunctional Leadership

Pros

Used to be a fun place to work. People outside HQ are great to work with. Local leadership is realistic and grounded. Clients are still buying services. Life is great when you do not have to deal with HQ.

Cons

Compensation has not realistically changed over 3 years (raises were below real inflation). Efforts to improve salaries are reactive and poorly managed, compensation has been an issue in employee satisfaction surveys for two consecutive years. Information to address it is vague and inconclusive, will you update salaries, or just the bands? Stop the HQ battles. Trust in leadership is being eroded by misleading and systematic avoidance of career paths and compensation issues/

All About Politics Those Who Think Outside the Box Need Not Apply

Pros

Stable company. Every year they break their goal in the amount of money they make.

Cons

There are so many politics. They are looking for robots that follow direction without thought. If you are one who thinks outside the box and tries to better things, then don't bother. It will get held against you. Especially in the technology department. Management rules with an iron fist and does not like being questioned.

Pros

Work is satisfying overall and the pay is not terrible. The people are very nice. The experience is good and most of the consultants can be more knowledgeable than counterparts that work directly for automotive OEMs.

Cons

Becoming a revenue generating machine that chases every dollar with little regard for their employees and clients. Growth and progress can be difficult after a while, both financially and professionally.
