They are willing to help out all the time when you are having rough time. - There are quite a bit of employee events to keep employees energetic. - Flexible working schedule and managers allow working from home when necessary. - You get to work with many people from different department and from different location. - Great benefit such as 18 days of PTO (Starting), unlimited sick time, $7000 per year for tuition, $250 per year for gym membership, and more. - Game room is available for employees to play all kinds of game.

Cons

- Depending on the team, account management team could be located in different city which sometimes causes hard time communicating.

Pros

The people you work with are nice. If you come to the attention of the client as a Subject Matter Expert, you will be widely appreciated.

Cons

The technology is old. Leadership doesn't want to invest in new ideas. The work is stagnant. All you do is maintain an existing system.

Pros

Urban Science has a great culture. The Long Beach office has a very tech industry feel to it. No free food, but they have a sleek new upgraded office, and game rooms for relaxing between projects. What makes them great is the people. I have been there for 6 years, and by far everyone who works there is very smart and knowledgeable. This was a great company to start off with, and will be for years to come.

Cons

-No free food -Disconnect between the account management teams, and the IT teams -Hard to get them adapt to new technologies -Slow moving at times, and IT loves putting up red tape
